Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. seeks a kitchen team member to prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings and assist with serving lines. You will work across kitchen stations, prepare items per menu, and ensure food safety and presentation.

You will also assist with catering, manage basic inventory, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while upholding Opaa!’s core values and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to perform basic math operations and interpret numbers.
• Ability to apply common sense and follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate equipment with proper certification and keep areas clean.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and assist with dishwashing and storage.
