Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking staff to prepare breakfast and/or lunch offerings and assist with serving lines. You will participate in catering events and perform various kitchen positions as needed.

Responsibilities include setting up serving lines, preparing foods per menu and Opaa! recipes, operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, inventory and proper food safety records. The role requires teamwork and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and maintain proper food temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes, batch cook and present to customers.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification and maintain cleanliness.
• Keep inventory organized and follow FIFO; ensure sanitation of dishes and areas.
• Requisition food and supplies through Kitchen Manager as needed.
• Assist in compliance with HACCP and HHFKA regulations and daily logs.
