Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Team Leader – Kitchen to drive sales performance and store excellence. You will recruit, train, mentor associates, including holiday hiring, and manage performance.

You’ll guide clienteling, Registry, and CBHCC routines while supporting events, demonstrations, and brand presentation on the sales floor. The role requires strong communication, coaching abilities, and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Full-time availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong presence in the department.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, and store policies.
• Oversee store operations, events, visual presentation, scheduling and expenses.
• Provide ongoing feedback to maximize team and store success.
• Act as Leader On Duty (LOD) and ensure excellent customer service.
