Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Team Leader – Kitchen to drive sales performance and store excellence by leading, coaching, and developing the sales team. Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader – Design & Trade, you recruit, train, and mentor associates, including holiday hiring support and performance management, while ensuring an exceptional in-store customer experience.

You’ll manage operations, events, and financial activities, maintaining brand presentation and ensuring smooth daily store

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Full-time availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong presence on the sales floor.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, and customer service.
• Provide timely feedback and share observations with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Ensure policy compliance and loss prevention awareness while driving sales.
• Promote sales as Leader On Duty and review business results with leadership.
