Job summary

• Coach associates to perform and develop professionally.
• Partner to train on product knowledge, selling, and procedures.
• Uphold policies, loss prevention, safety, and security guidelines.
• Promote sales as Leader On Duty and review business results with leadership.
• Ensure outstanding in-store customer service and efficient floor coverage.
