Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more.
• Able to stoop and bend.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time.
• Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment.
• Able to comply with safety and health code standards.
• Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks.

Responsibilities

• Attention to cleanliness of all service tools (dishware, glasses, utensils, etc.).
• Work in somewhat isolated environment with minimal staff contact.
• Maintain, clean, and correct any problems with dish machine.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area during all periods of business.
• Organize and put away all delivered product from various vendors.
• Be aware of your surrounding.
• Need to have knowledge of the operation of the dish machine.
• Close area properly, according to the training manual/department.
• Take part in cleaning projects with team mates as assigned.
• Removal of trash and properly disposing trash in designated area.
• Mop and sweep as needed.
• Assist with hotboxes and the transportation of food.
