Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dishroom/steward to clean, transport and store all china, glassware and silverware, and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and back dock areas. This role requires physical effort, teamwork and a professional presentation.

Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, sorting and storing dishware, trash removal, and routine cleaning of the dock and kitchen areas. Candidates should be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Break down trays, operate dish machine, wash dishware, and store clean china, glass, and silver.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables.
• Clean tile walls and baseboards.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
