Golden Corral is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead food production and back-of-house operations in a high-volume family-style dining environment. You will ensure quality, safety, and labor standards, stepping in for the General Manager as needed.

Requirements include strong management history in similar settings, education in business or hospitality, completion of Golden Corral's training program, and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Education and training in business or hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for food production and operating the Back-of-the-House using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures and company systems.
• Oversee restaurant operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.
