Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style setting.
• Education and/or experience aligned with a degree in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food production and Back-of-House operations using Golden Corral systems.
• Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness standards for guests.
• Manage labor and operations in the General Manager and Hospitality Manager's absence.
