Golden Corral is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee food production and Back-of-House operations, ensuring quality and cleanliness for guests. You will contribute to the restaurant's overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor in the GM’s absence, within a high-volume casual dining environment.

The role requires strong management experience and a solid work history, plus completion of Golden Corral’s training program and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Education and training typically related to college coursework in business or hospitality.
• Completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee food production and Back-of-House operations using Golden Corral standards to ensure quality and cleanliness for guests.
• Manage restaurant operations including food quality, production, safety, and labor in absence of the General Manager.
