Casey’s in Mascoutah, IL is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team, train Team Members, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver a superior guest experience with a focus on food safety and operational excellence.

You’ll manage day-to-day kitchen operations, control inventory, maintain 5S standards, and drive profitability while upholding Casey's CARES values. This role includes occasional frontline duties to support the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen supervision and staff training.
• Strong guest-service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage kitchen activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and stock levels.
• Resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey's CARES values in daily work.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
