You will train, guide, and engage Team Members while overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, food safety standards, and inventory management. Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members and delegate tasks.
• Under supervision of Store Manager, manage activities in prepared foods and beverages.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure kitchen activities meet standards and 5S.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model Casey's CARES values in daily operations and guest interactions.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
