Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations under the Store Manager, training Team Members and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will manage food safety, inventory, and prepared foods and dispensed beverages to boost productivity and profitability while upholding Casey’s CARES values.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under supervision of Store Manager, manage and influence kitchen activities to optimize performance.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure smooth daily operations in kitchen.
• Oversee inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service and relay to Store Manager.
