Job summary

Casey's is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead hands-on, day-to-day kitchen operations. You will train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, ensuring food safety, quality, and inventory control while delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting store profitability.

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to maintain 5S standards, coordinate prepared foods and dispensed beverages, and model Casey's CARES values.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under supervision of Store Manager, manage and influence activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to maintain 5S standards and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping Store Manager informed.
• Model and coach Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
