Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a kitchen team within a Casey’s store. You’ll train, guide, and engage Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience, while managing daily kitchen operations, inventory, and 5S standards under the Store Manager’s supervision.

You’ll contribute to prepared foods and dispensed beverages operations, uphold Casey’s CARES values, and step in for team duties when needed.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Partner with Store Manager for accountability of all kitchen activities, maintaining 5S standards, and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
