Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead and develop the kitchen team, ensuring food safety, inventory control, and smooth operations within prepared foods and beverages. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience, while coaching staff to uphold Casey’s CARES values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members.
• Manage and influence operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages.
• Accountable for kitchen activities with 5S standards.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.
• Model and coach Casey's CARES values.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
