Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Marion, IN is seeking a fast-paced prep cook. You will work across Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest, and Expo stations, following prep sheets and MOD directions to prepare menu items.

You will maintain sanitation, adhere to FIFO, manage waste, and support a large kitchen team during busy shifts. The role requires at least 16 years old and prior restaurant or retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 or older per state law.
• Restaurant or retail experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and reliability required.
• Adherence to sanitation and safety standards.
• Ability to follow directions and work a fast-paced shift.

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items per MOD, follow FIFO.
• Maintain clean, sanitary workstations at all times.
• Operate chip, grill, shake, southwest, and expo stations as assigned.
• Maintain fryers and oil quality per guidelines.
• Assist with shift change tasks and waste tracking.
