Job summary

Wingmen V Llc in Indianapolis, IN is hiring for a kitchen prep and station role supporting Buffalo Wild Wings menu production across Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest and Expo stations.

You will follow MOD guidance, manage prep, portion, sanitation, waste tracking, and ensure timely, high‑quality service in a fast pace setting. Minimum age 16; prior restaurant or retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items according to MOD guidance; follow FIFO and fill-line specs.
• Chip station duties: fry prep, clean fryers, and portion according to the chart.
• Grill station duties: prep grilled items and maintain grill sanitation.
• Shake station duties: manage sauce pumps, seasonings, and wing temps.
• Southwest station duties: prep wraps/salads and maintain cold rail.
• Expo station duties: coordinate kitchen-to-table quality and timing.
