Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items according to MOD requirements and FIFO guidelines.
• Prepare chips, fries, and onion rings and maintain fryers and shortening quality.
• Prepare grilled items following prep sheets and station charts.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions at all stations.
• Coordinate with expo to ensure quality and timely delivery of food to customers.
• Assist with shift change tasks: stock stations, clean equipment, dispose of waste per guidelines.
