Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food according to standard recipes and procedures.

You will supervise production, enforce policies, manage line times, and drive training and development of the kitchen team. As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee scheduling, inventory controls, and safety programs, while maintaining cost efficiency and a positive, high-energy work

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising kitchen teams and enforcing food safety policies.
• Ability to manage inventory, costs, and labor efficiently.
• Proven track record in staff coaching and performance feedback.

Aufgaben

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies and ensure kitchen cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to maintain timely food item tickets.
• Lead Back of House staff performance evaluations and coaching.
• Develop key employees and provide daily performance feedback.
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety.
• Oversee handling, maintenance, and storage of items.
• Ensure safe food handling and manage food costs and waste.
• Schedule Back of House work hours and assign tasks.
• Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Review applications and participate in hiring decisions.
• Create a safe, fun, clean work environment aligned with values.
