Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee Back of House operations, purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner according to recipes and procedures.

You will supervise production, enforce policies, lead staff, conduct safety checks, manage inventory, and maintain a safe, clean work environment while supporting company values and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and prep of food following recipes and procedures
• Enforce employment policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Direct productivity to maintain ticket times and efficiency
• Manage Back of House staff including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Provide daily feedback to key employees during one-on-ones
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety in the kitchen
• Oversee proper handling, maintenance, and storage of items
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed
• Control food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs
• Direct work schedules and task assignments for Back of House staff
• Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Review applications and participate in hiring of BOH staff
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with values and goals
