Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting meals in a timely manner per recipes and procedures.

The role focuses on supervising production, enforcing policies, managing staff, controlling food costs, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across the kitchen. A dynamic, people-first culture supports training and career growth.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with employment policies and restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times
• Directing productivity to maintain efficient food item ticket times
• Managing Back of House staff, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Developing key employees and providing daily feedback in one-on-one sessions
• Conducting line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and kitchen safety
• Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Ensuring safe food handling procedures are followed
• Managing food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs
• Scheduling Back of House work hours and tasks before/during/after opening hours
• Training Back of House staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hires
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals
