Qualifications

• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
• Monitor food cost, inventory, and labor to maintain efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of food according to recipes and procedures.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient ticket times.
• Manage Back of House staff, including evaluations and coaching.
• Provide feedback to staff during one-on-one sessions.
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety.
