Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food in a timely manner per recipes and procedures. This role emphasizes leadership, policy enforcement, and maintaining a safe, clean restaurant environment.

You will supervise production, coach staff, manage schedules, conduct Taste & Temp checks, and drive food-cost control while creating a fun, high-energy workplace aligned with our core

Responsabilités

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures
• Enforce employment policies and oversee cleanliness and guest safety
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient ticket times
• Manage Back of House employees, including evaluations and discipline
• Develop key employees with daily feedback during one-on-ones
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and kitchen safety
• Oversee handling, storage and safety of all items
• Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs
• Direct work schedules and assign tasks for open hours
• Train BOH staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Review applications and hire or recommend hires
• Create safe, fun, clean work environment aligned with values
