• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures
• Enforce employment policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient ticket times
• Manage Back of House staff performance including reviews and coaching
• Assist development of key employees and conduct one-on-one feedback
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety
• Oversee handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Ensure safe food handling practices
• Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs
• Direct work schedules and assign tasks
• Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Support hiring decisions and onboarding
