Job summary

Golden Corral Corporation is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead food production and Back-of-the-House operations at our Kentucky location.

In this role you’ll ensure quality, safety, and efficiency, monitor labor, and uphold standards across recipes and cleanliness.

The position requires 55–60 hours per week, relocation may be necessary for multiple locations, and the franchisee will handle employment decisions.

Qualifications

• Two to three years’ management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant preferred.
• Education and/or experience normally associated with completion of a degree program in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food production and Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral recipes and systems.
• Ensure quality, safety, and cleanliness standards for guests.
• Manage restaurant operations and labor in absence of the General Manager.
