Job summary

Golden Corral Corporation seeks a Kitchen Manager for our Florence, KY location. You will lead food production and Back-of-the-House operations, applying Golden Corral recipes, procedures and systems to ensure quality and cleanliness for guests.

As a member of the restaurant operations management team, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, including food quality, production, safety and labor in the absence of the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Education and/or experience normally associated with completion of a degree program in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food production and Back-of-the-House operations to meet quality standards.
• Manage restaurant operations in absence of the GM and Hospitality Manager, including labor and safety.
• Ensure adherence to recipes, procedures and company systems.
