Casey’s in Little Rock, AR seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, train Team Members, and uphold food safety and inventory standards. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive productivity and profitability while delivering a top-notch guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen Team Members and day-to-day operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and inventory control.
• Ability to train, guide, and coach staff to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence operations in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to be accountable for all kitchen activities, maintain 5S standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Proficiently perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
