Job summary

Casey’s in Flippin, AR is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to train, guide, and engage team members while maintaining 5S standards and overseeing inventory and prepared foods and dispensed beverages.

You will manage day‑to‑day kitchen operations, focus on food safety, and drive productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a retail/food service environment.
• Strong focus on food safety standards and quality control.
• Ability to manage inventory and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under Store Manager supervision, manage and influence kitchen activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure 5S standards and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to kitchen service.

• Perform Store Team Member duties when needed.
