Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become Kitchen Leaders. You’ll ensure food quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and maintain equipment in good condition.

You’ll model teamwork and drive a high-energy, guest-focused environment. Responsibilities include cooking to order, monitoring waste and inventory, and mentoring Crew members to advance within the company.

Qualificações

• Have the ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Following Chipotle’s policies, ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, resolving food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house Crew and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
