You will promote teamwork, support Crew members, and drive great customer experiences daily, while maintaining equipment and inventory to meet station goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Understanding Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve issues.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization and safety.
• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment; ensure FIFO and safety.
