Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train others to become future Kitchen Leaders and ensure food quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen.

The role emphasizes teamwork to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead and support Crew members, maintain procedures, and help achieve station goals while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory levels; resolve issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well maintained.
• Ensure equipment is functional and properly repaired.
• Follow MSDS and FIFO practices.
