Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and food waste; ensure quality and safety standards.
• Train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders and promote teamwork.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and well‑stocked; maintain equipment in good condition.
• Assist in MSDS handling and FIFO inventory practices.
