Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will help ensure quality, safety, organization, and proper maintenance of equipment, all while promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience.

You'll lead by example on the line, keep the kitchen productive, and assist in sustaining Chipotle's standards and policies; strong communication with Crew

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience demonstrated in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to follow Chipotle policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication with back- and front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality foods and cook to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food waste while addressing quality issues.
• Support team dynamics and develop crew towards future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep kitchen clean, stocked, and equipment well maintained; report malfunctions.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
