Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, ensuring every dish is delicious and served on time.

You will train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders, keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked, maintain equipment, and promote teamwork to deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role emphasizes safety, quality, MSDS compliance, inventory control, and supporting a fast, friendly service

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a fast paced kitchen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food waste; resolve quality issues.
• Support and develop Crew members toward Kitchen Leader roles.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and equipment well maintained.
