Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn proper food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring delicious, safe menu execution for every guest.

You will train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders, promote teamwork, maintain a clean, well-stocked kitchen, and help deliver a great guest experience through efficient service and excellent communication. You will mentor teammates, uphold food integrity standards, and contribute to a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to lead and develop Crew members.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
