Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders while ensuring quality, safety, and a great customer experience.

You will manage the kitchen to stay clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards, while modeling teamwork and efficient throughput in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and apply Chipotle’s policies and procedures.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to order and ensure high quality dining standards.
• Monitor sanitation and inventory, support waste control.
• Lead and train Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-stocked kitchen and equipment.
• Foster teamwork between back- and front-of-house Crew.
