Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to train, lead, and inspire crew members while ensuring delicious food and a safe, efficient kitchen. You will grill meats, sauté vegetables, order supplies, and mentor future Kitchen Leaders.

You will help maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness, while supporting a strong team dynamic and delivering a great customer experience daily.

Competenze

• Demonstrates ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speaks, writes, and understands the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Mansioni

• Ensure food quality by cooking to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well organized.
