Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and execute food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, ensuring delicious results and adherence to kitchen procedures. You will oversee stocking, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance, while mentoring Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Food Safety? (Note: not required)
• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
