Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader in Hugo, MN. Learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll ensure food quality, safety, and a clean, organized kitchen, and you’ll be a role model for teamwork to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll help manage inventory, support front- and back-of-house dynamics, and uphold Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in the work location's primary language(s).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order, ensure quality and safety.
• Monitor inventory and food waste; maintain clean, stocked kitchen.
• Lead and train Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Foster teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house teams.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and kitchen follows safety guidelines.
• Support smooth customer service and throughput.
