Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader in Minnesota to craft delicious food, lead back- and front-of-house crews, and train future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure food quality, proper inventory, safety, and a positive, fast-paced service experience for customers.

You’ll manage cooking to order, maintain clean and stocked kitchens, and model teamwork. This role rewards commitment with tuition assistance, benefits, and opportunities for advancement with base pay shown in the posting.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures in daily operations.
• Cook and prep food to order while following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well stocked.
• Maintain equipment and ensure timely repairs when needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO documentation as required.
