Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader in Hopkins, MN. You’ll learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while ordering supplies and training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.

As a Kitchen Leader, you’ll ensure food quality and safety daily, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and mentor team members to uphold Chipotle’s values and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory levels.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked kitchen; ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Lead and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are met to prevent injuries.
