Job summary

You’ll ensure food quality, proper stocking, and safety while promoting teamwork for a top-notch customer experience. This role emphasizes leading by example on the line, maintaining clean and organized kitchens, and supporting both back-of-house and front-of-house crews to deliver delicious meals every

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well stocked; maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and Inventory Rotation (FIFO).
