Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in food preparation and kitchen safety procedures.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and cook food to order, grill meats, and sauté vegetables.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory levels; resolve issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and well stocked; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Follow MSDS, FIFO practices, and safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
