Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Minnetonka to guide food preparation, train Crew, and ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced kitchen. You will supervise continuing tasks, manage equipment, and uphold Chipotle’s standards as you support a strong team and guest experience.

You’ll lead by example, promote teamwork, and help deliver a great guest experience. Chipotle offers tuition assistance, free meals, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order, following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory; resolve issues.
• Support a strong back- and front-of-house team dynamic.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment promptly.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO paperwork as required.
