Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Minnesota to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables.

You will oversee food quality, ordering, and training of Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, promoting teamwork and an excellent customer experience. You’ll ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked kitchen, monitor inventory, and support ongoing food safety and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the work location language(s).
• Restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Ensure food quality and safety is maintained.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized and well stocked.
• Train and develop Crew to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house staff.
• Ensure equipment is in good repair and safety guidelines are followed.
