Chipotle Mexican Grill in Minnesota is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and master food prep, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders while delivering delicious, high-quality meals.

You will promote teamwork, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and ensure excellent customer service. The role emphasizes efficiency, stock management, and adherence to Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.
• Ability to understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Support a strong Crew teamwork between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is kept in good repair and fixed promptly.
• Uphold safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Fill out MSDS and Inventory Rotation (FIFO) as required.
