Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring for a Kitchen Leader at our Champlin, MN location. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll ensure quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and promote teamwork for a great customer experience. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma and restaurant experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak/write/understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures to prepare and cook food to order.
• Maintain food quality, monitor inventory, and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep kitchen clean, stocked, and equipment well-maintained.
