Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Hudson, OH. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training others to become Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll ensure food safety, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and promote teamwork to deliver a great customer experience. You’ll be responsible for daily operations, maintaining equipment, and guiding Crew members to uphold Chipotle’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is preferred for this role.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory levels.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
