Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support back-of-house and front-of-house teams to promote teamwork.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and well-maintained equipment.
• Ensure all safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Complete Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and FIFO inventory practices.
